I loved how close we were to the Kent Plantation House, just a short stroll away, and really enjoyed the nearby Compton Park where we relaxed and took in the scenery after our city explorations. while the stay had its challenges, it served as a decent base for our weekend adventures.

My stay was an absolute nightmare! The room was filthy, with cigarette burns on the duvet and a mysterious brown liquid coming from the tap. I found a used hypodermic needle in the kitchen drawer—how disgusting! The pillow was so dirty that my husband ended up with an eye infection.

I had a pretty decent stay here, very affordable place for the weary out there on the road. The check-in was quick, and they had coffee ready like a warm hug right when I needed it.

motel 6-alexandria, la, south was decent for a short family stay. the free access to the gym was a nice perk, and we were close to some nice restaurants. our deluxe queen room with two queen beds was spacious enough for us. definitely a plus for budget travelers.
